We love seeing images from our wedding clients! And we especially love hearing the stories behind their engagements and inspiration behind their wedding details and personalization. This particular wedding has an adorable story behind their PB & J inspiration.
Phoebe (“PB”) and Jeffrey (“J”) go together like Peanut Butter & Jelly. The couple tied this play on their initials throughout their creative wedding details. They even opened up their first dance with an intro of “Peanut Butter Jelly Time”. Phoebe has her own boutique letterpress and design studio in San Francisco, Plumbum Press, so she came up with the creative design for their sliced bread invitations, save-the-date, as well as the sliced bread glittery garland backdrop for the dessert table.
The couple also chose to go with the pie pops as centerpieces as a nod to the “Jelly” aspect of their nuptials.
Isn’t this “Cheers” (“a toast”- hee hee) menu so fun?! We love puns like this !
Phoebe spent some time brainstorming on really creative display ideas for the pie pops and finally settled on loaves of bread, an economic alternative to traditional vases and a fun play on their theme. Guests loved it! And of course it made for some really fun and unique photos!
Congrats to Phoebe and Jeffrey!
