    How do you get your chocolate/candy coating so smooth?

      Hi Lisamessick, 
      It’s tricky! You have to play with the chocolate to get it to the perfect temperature, not too liquidy and not too dry and then they will pipe on perfectly. Practice makes perfect!

    I am making these footprint pops today for a baby shower this weekend.  I found the feet for a boy, at a cake decorating place in O’Fallon, Mo.

      Actually, nearly all of our designs are piped by hand. In this case, this design is piped chocolate. Good luck!
